Tan Soo Fun is a senior lecturer of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computing and Informatics, Universiti Malaysia Sabah in Malaysia. She earned her Bachelor of Information Technology (majoring in E-Commerce) and Master of Science (Computer Science), in 2006 and 2009 respectively, both from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). Later She received her PhD in Network Security from Universiti Sains Malaysia, in 2017. She has published over 35 papers, which include book chapters, journals, technical reports and proceedings, as well as received research grants in the related fields. She is a Huawei Certified Academy Instructor, Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP), a certified IPv6 Network Engineer and a certified IPv6 Security Engineer. Her current research interests include Homomorphic Encryption scheme, Attribute-based Encryption scheme, Honey Encryption, Post-Quantum Cryptography, Lattice-based Cryptography.
We are persuaded that having a research group that has close coordinated efforts with the encompassing society is something that is useful for everybody. Thusly, we are extremely glad to work together with various organizations and industries on research projects and to develop joint funding applications.
